Description
The freshly redesigned WO series brings the first major update to the Yanagisawa brand in over 20 years, bringing an enhanced sound and aesthetic to all their handmade professional and elite models.
The Yanagisawa TWO1 Professional Tenor Saxophone updates and replaces the respected and versatile T901 model, featuring a new brass alloy, redesigned bore and increased mass at the top of the instrument thanks to the new palm key rib and neck plate badge.
The TWO1 features newly designed keywork that ensures comfort and dexterity, such as the newly redesigned Front F key and ergonomic placement of the right hand side keys and Eb/C keys. Each key post is individually soldered to the instrument body, meaning the sax is lighter and has a quicker response. Metal reflectors are used on the pads to add further clarity and playing response to the instrument while the Tri-point Brace holds the bell and body of the saxophone firmly in place, ensuring a secure construction even when played to the extremes.
The TWO1 Tenor Sax includes a Yanagisawa Ebonite Mouthpiece and Deluxe Yanagisawa case with backpack straps.
Also available in Black Lacquer (TWO1B), Silver Plate (TWO1S) and Unlacquered finish (TWO1U). Please call for more information.
For bronze bodied models, please see the TWO2.
